Before we dive in, we'll start by identifying the specific areas in which you want to focus on over the next 14 days. An understanding of where you are currently, what you have tried so far and where the resistance is showing up for you is essential for the work inside this programme.
In this call, we will identify where your capacity is being drained and rebuild from reality, not ideals.
Step 1: The Capacity audit (Identify where youre operating with your emotional & fitness tolerance)
Step 2: Fitness friction diagnosis (where & why are you facing friction - we get to the root here, no surface level shit)
Step 3: Redefine standards (critical for self-leadership and setting into that next level)
Step 4: Build your 14-day Capacity Plan to anchor everything in and dive even deeper into this shift.

This is KEY!! Coaching calls and plans alone won't get you the result - YOU have to take action on the changes, and the faster you can do this, the better!
Integration support from me focuses on reflecting back to you your patterns and what they are really signalling below the surface. When you understand your emotional, physical and cognitive signals that you're reaching your capacity, you can start to work with it rather than againt it.
Ongoing reflections allow you to continue diving deeper into what's really going on below the surface that is making you feel like this level or standard of self-care isn't sustainable or possible for you (this is where we pull out the juicy core belief that's really running the show).
This allows us to start creating a fitness routine that feels driven by calm and grounding, not pressure.
In this call, we recap evidence from the last 14 days to support the shifts and prove to your subconscious that you can handle this level of self-care and that it is safe for you to do so.
We reinforce the new identity of the version of you that can hold higher standards with her training, nutrition and routine without stress or pressure.
Finally, we'll co-create a 90-day future capacity plan - Set out both the structure & the identity shifts to allow you to feel safe and grounded holding this level of self-care & fitness over the next 90 days and beyond!

This 2-week intensive gives you a taster of what working with me 1:1 would look like! We will focus specifically on identifying where you're leaking your energy, whats is actually going on underneath the surface and create a 90 day capacity plan to help you fully own your next level of self-care.
My Breakthrough coaching is a private 3 or 6-month container for women ready to completely transform their body, strength, confidence and capacity through my 3-phase method. Inside this programme, you'll get a fully progressive fitness phased plan including strength workouts, nutritional goals & coaching as well as 1:1 bi-weekly coaching calls to rewire the underlying beliefs and identities, with Neuro Linguistic Programming, that are quietly running the show.
